Cardio Tennis is a high-energy and fun group activity for anyone of any skill looking for a fun way to burn calories and interact with others outside of work, the gym, or home.

Join this class, where we’ll teach you the ins and outs of the game as a fast-paced tennis cardio workout. 

Each class combines the best features of the sport with cardiovascular exercise delivering the ultimate, full-body, calorie-burning aerobic workout. Speed, proper movement, and strengthening of key muscle groups will also occur.
